I returned some leggings a few months ago, they processed it fine. I think you just need to make sure it's unworn and still has tags, pretty standard stuff.

Pretty sure they have a student discount! I remember seeing it somewhere. Also, definitely a first-order discount if you sign up for their email, usually 10% off.

How does Shapengo compare to like, Skims? Is it worth spending more for Skims or is Shapengo just as good?

Honestly, Shapengo is pretty good for the price. I've tried both. Skims might have a *slightly* more luxurious feel on some items, but Shapengo does the job just as well for everyday wear without breaking the bank.
